Weddings

The wedding can take place at the synagogue or other locations. Please contact the rabbi to make certain the date and ceremony starting times you are considering will be consistent with Jewish law and tradition.

The Rabbi will be happy to invite the participation of other Rabbis and Cantors.

At a Shabbat morning service, usually the Shabbat before the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom are called up to the bimah. They are given an aliyah to the Torah, and the Rabbi will say a special blessing upon their union.
